Diodes for Constant Voltage

These diodes are suitable for supply voltage stabilization of small power supplies as well as reference voltage detection and surge absorption.

Diodes for High Frequency Switching

These diodes support high frequency (lower capacitance), loss reduction (lower current), and securing isolation (lower on-resistance).

Fast Recovery Diodes

We offer high-performance products with low forward voltage (VF) and high-speed reverse recovery time (trr) for increasing device efficiency. We are also employing a new material (silicon carbide: SiC) for products with even higher efficiency.

PIN Diodes

These diodes help reduce power-on loss and improve power consumption through lower on-resistance, improve isolation through lower off-capacitance, and correct harmonic distortion and reduce harmonics through new process and smaller packages.

Schottky Barrier Diode

This lineup contains product groups for a variety of application requirements, such as high efficiency/low loss, variegated permissible current, and reducing distortion of high-speed signals.

Small Signal Diodes

These switching diodes can be used in almost any electronic device. From general-purpose to high-voltage, a wide and varied lineup of packages is available.

Variable Capacitance Diodes

[for Tuner] These diodes have narrow CV deviation for reducing characteristics variation, and improved capacitance linearity for improving process yield. A low-voltage drive type (VT: up to 10 V) is also available. Low pin-to-pin capacitance, low rs, and superb linearity has been achieved by extremely shallow junctions and process optimization.
[for VCO] A rich selection of packages, such as small surface-mount flat lead (1006 (SFP), 0806 (EFP)) and ultra-small leadless (MP6 (0603)), is available.

Zener Diodes for Surge Absorption

Diodes of numerous voltages and packages suitable for reference supplies and other applications, including diodes that achieved a guaranteed minimum of 8 kV or 30 kV in the contact discharge test of the IEC 6100-4-2 electromagnetic compatibility standard, and diodes with bidirectional function, are available.
