Renesas Electronics Announces Executive Personnel Changes

TOKYO, Japan, April 25, 2012 — Renesas Electronics Corporation (TSE: 6723) today announced the following changes in its Members of the Board and Corporate Auditors. These changes were approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors on April 25, 2012, and will become effective as of June 26, 2012.
