Overview
Renesas Electronics offers an extensive lineup of products to enable implementation of a broad range of solutions for low-end to high-end systems. The many on-chip peripheral functions available provide great flexibility when implementing in-vehicle information terminals and include 2-D and 3-D graphics functions, audio and video processing functions, and image recognition processing functions. The roadmap for future products covers both products for vehicle interoperation processing in high-end systems and products with specific on-chip functions for low-end and middle-range systems. When combined with system power supply ICs, these products can also deliver reduced power consumption.
R-Car Roadmap
* "R-Car" is the nickname for Renesas' lineup of system-on-chips (SoCs) for car information systems.
